 🍽️ S&S Rams Baseball – Team Meal Volunteers Needed

Jodi Nortman has graciously taken the lead in organizing and supervising the pre-game and post-game meals for both our Varsity and JV teams this season.

This is a big volunteer task, and she will definitely need some extra help to keep everything running smoothly throughout the season.

If you’re available to assist Jodi or would like to take on a larger role with the JV team, please reach out to Coach Hansen directly. Even if your son is currently in Middle School, your help would still be greatly appreciated by both the players and coaches.

Your support makes a huge difference in helping our program run efficiently and in keeping our players fueled, focused, and ready to perform.

 🎶 S&S Rams Baseball – GameChanger & Walk-Up Song Help Needed

We’re excited to share that Summer Cooksey has graciously taken the lead in helping run GameChanger and the walk-up songs for our Varsity games this season.

We’re now looking for some extra help to cover JV games as well. Running GameChanger can be a bit of a task, but it’s an important one that helps our players, families, and coaches stay connected and keep up with every play.

The walk-up songs have been a huge hit with the boys, bringing great energy, excitement, and crowd involvement to the ballpark!

 🎤 S&S Rams Baseball – Game Day Volunteers Needed

We are looking for a few parents who are willing to help run the scoreboard during our preseason and regular-season home games.

We’re also looking for volunteers to handle game announcing — including player lineups and walk-up introductions as our players come to bat. This adds tremendous energy and excitement to the atmosphere at our field and truly makes it feel like home for our Rams!

📸 S&S Rams Baseball – Media & Photography Volunteer Opportunity

We are looking for a student or parent volunteer who is available and willing to take game-time pictures and videos of our players throughout the season — both home and away.

High school baseball is a special time in life, and just like the players, our parents also put in long hours supporting the team. We want to capture as many moments as possible to highlight the effort, growth, and memories that make this program so special.

We’d love help capturing the best moments from the field — big plays, team celebrations, and behind-the-scenes shots that show off our Rams pride! These photos and videos will also be used to assist our players with college recruiting opportunities, so every clip helps showcase their hard work and dedication.

Volunteers can either send photos and videos directly to the coaching staff or help post content to our social media platforms, including SportsYou and Twitter (X).

This is a great way to stay involved, support the team, and help promote our players and program throughout the season. Must be comfortable traveling to away games if possible.

 ⚾ S&S Rams Baseball – Special Event Nights Sign-Up

Rams Baseball will be hosting three special appreciation nights during the regular season!

During select Varsity home games, we’ll be recognizing and celebrating the following groups:

• 🎓 Senior / Parent Night
   
• 🍎 Teacher Appreciation Night
   
• 🎖️ Military & First Responders Night
   

We’re looking for volunteers to help plan, organize, and work these events to make each night a fantastic experience for everyone involved. From setup and decorations to coordinating guests and photos, your help will make these celebrations truly memorable for our players, families, and community.

Rams Baseball will be looking for volunteers to help plan, organize, and work our Team Swag game-time sales and order distribution throughout the season.

These events help create an incredible game-day experience while showing off our Rams pride! Volunteers will assist with setup, sales, distribution, and breakdown before and after games — helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our players, families, and community.
